Located in Northcliff, Gauteng, the state-of-the-art private hospital has been designed for a capacity of 150 beds, an Intensive Care Unit, and 13 operating theatres.

Situated in the rising area of Menlyn Maine in Pretoria, Gauteng, Cintocare is a private specialist head and neck facility developed by Growth Point. The building was awarded the first five-star rated green hospital in Africa. Cintocare was developed for a capacity of 100 beds, 5-8 surgical theatres, and a hybrid theatre.

Netcare Alberton is a 427 bed hospital in the South of Johannesburg that features green systems for electricity and water generation.

Designed for Lenmed, the 20 000sqm hospital and heart center has a 250 bed capacity, a cardiac care center, casualty, and consulting block. This project was done in association with Sharp Shop Architects and PrW Healthcare Design.

Done in partnership with Sharp Shop Architects, the ANC School of politics was a proposal, including flexible lecture halls, an auditorium, student residences for 500 students, a bespoke museum for the ANC, conference facilities, entertainment facilities, and offices for staff and executives.

Done in partnership with Sharp Shop Architects, the proposed mixed-use residential building in Illovo, Johannesburg, would include street-level retail spaces and a luxury spa.

The project based in Irene, Gauteng, consisted of a 15000 sqm office park.

The 200 bed state hospital was to be designed by private sector norms. Our range of experience with government and private sector clients allowed us to produce a hybrid model that fulfilled the requirements of the brief. The design was awarded after an open competition presentation by North West Province
